Roxlete is made by Lionary LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Roxlete iOS app handles and how.

The short version

Data stored on your device

Your athlete profile (fitness level, race date, equipment access), training plans, logged workouts, and settings are saved only on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes them. There is no account and no cloud sync.

AI plan generation

Roxlete generates personalized training plans using a third-party AI service running on secure cloud infrastructure. When you create or regenerate a plan, the answers you provide (for example: fitness level, race date, weekly availability, equipment) are sent to that service to produce your plan. These inputs are not tied to your name or email — we don’t collect either.

Analytics & crash reporting

We use Mixpanel and Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) to understand how the app is used and to fix crashes (for example: which screens are opened, that a workout was logged, crash stack traces). Analytics are tied to a random identifier, not your name or email.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat and Superwall to manage subscription status and display purchase screens. These services receive anonymized purchase and device information required to provide their function. We never see your payment details.

Notifications

Workout reminders, if you enable them, are scheduled locally on your device.

Data retention & deletion

Local data lives on your device until you delete it. Analytics data is retained by Mixpanel and Firebase per our configuration. To request deletion of analytics data associated with your device, contact us.

Changes

We’ll update this page when the policy changes and adjust the date above.
